Search policy
By entering The Zone, you consent to searches of your person, belongings and clothing. This is to ensure the safety of all guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
Challenge 25 policy
For the consumption of alcohol on site, we operate Challenge 25. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 years of age, you may be asked to provide valid photographic ID before being served alcohol.
Accepted forms of ID:
- UK or International Passport
- UK Photocard Driving Licence
- PASS Accredited Card (CitizenCard, Validate UK, Young Scot etc.)
- Military Identification Card
Challenge 25 is in operation at all times. No valid ID, no alcohol service.
The Zone reserves the right to refuse service where valid identification cannot be provided.
Glass policy
No glassware is allowed in or around the venue. This includes bottles, glasses and containers. This policy is in place for everyone’s safety.
Outside food & drink policy
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside The Zone. This includes sealed and unsealed items.
Except for events otherwise stated.
Respect The Zone
Be respectful to others. No violence, harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated. The Zone is a space for good energy and good people.

If there is an emergency, please follow the steps below. Your safety is our priority.
7. Evacuation procedure
- If you hear the evacuation alarm or are instructed to evacuate, remain calm and follow instructions.
- Leave the venue via the nearest exit quickly and safely, unless directed otherwise.
- Walk, do not run, and leave in an orderly manner.
- Follow the instructions of staff and marshals at all times.
- Do not re-enter the building until told it is safe to do so.
- Proceed to the assembly point as directed by staff.
